• We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
