For the best odour control, choose a tightly clumping litter with added activated charcoal or baking soda, which trap moisture and smells quickly. Silica crystal litters are also excellent at absorbing odour and last longer between changes. Whichever you pick, scoop daily and fully replace the litter regularly to keep things fresh. Browse our litter range to find the right fit for you and your cat.

Yes — we stock a growing range of limited-ingredient and specialised formulas, including grain-free, sensitive-stomach and single-protein options from trusted brands such as James Wellbeloved. If you need a particular specialised or prescription diet you can't find on the site, email us at help@angelandfriends.com and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Absolutely. Alongside well-known brands, we offer natural, locally-sourced treats from right here in the UK for maximum freshness and quality. Keep an eye out for our natural and eco-friendly range throughout the site, and check individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists.

For cats with sensitive digestion, a higher-fibre diet can help support regularity and gut health. Look for foods that list a named protein first and include fibre sources such as beet pulp, pumpkin or psyllium. Introduce any new food gradually over 7-10 days to avoid stomach upset. If digestive issues persist, we recommend checking with your vet — and you're always welcome to contact us for product suggestions.

As an online store, we don't currently offer in-person grooming. We do stock everything you need to keep small breeds looking their best at home — gentle shampoos, slicker brushes, de-shedding tools and complete grooming kits. If you'd like a recommendation for your dog's coat type, just get in touch at help@angelandfriends.com.

As an online retailer rather than a grooming salon, we don't offer grooming packages directly. To groom at home, a complete kit usually includes a shampoo and conditioner suited to your dog's coat, a brush or comb, nail clippers, an ear cleaner and a towel or dryer — all of which you'll find in our grooming range.

Angel & Friends is an online store, so we don't host a vaccination clinic. For vaccinations, please book with your local vet, who can advise on the right schedule for your pet. We're always happy to help with the supplies and care products that keep your dog healthy between visits.

We don't offer grooming services as we're an online supplier, but we can get grooming products to you fast — most UK orders arrive within 1-5 days, and delivery is free on orders over £60. Stock up on shampoos, brushes and grooming kits to keep your pet looking great at home.

We love rewarding our community! Create an account with us and you'll get 10% off your first order, plus early access to exclusive offers, new arrivals and pet-care tips. We're continually adding new perks for returning customers, so keep an eye on your inbox.

The easiest way is to sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page — subscribers are the first to hear about seasonal sales, discount codes and new arrivals. You can also follow us on social media and check our Special Offers collection for the latest deals.

As a general guide, dogs benefit from a dental check-up at least once a year, usually as part of their annual vet visit. Dogs prone to tartar or with existing dental problems may need checking more often. Between visits, regular tooth brushing and dental chews go a long way toward healthy teeth and gums — you'll find a selection of dental care products in our store.

Introducing a new pet works best when you take it slowly. Give the newcomer their own space with food, water and a bed, and let your existing pets get used to their scent before any face-to-face meetings. Keep first introductions short, calm and supervised, reward good behaviour, and gradually build up their time together. Patience is key — every pet settles in at their own pace.
